After nearly 20 years in the Irish recruitment sector, where I recruited, managed, and built businesses, I felt disconnected.

I had innovative ideas, I wanted to do things differently and to do that, I knew I had to start my own business.

Leaving a secure role after 12 years was a huge risk, I had a young family but I knew my next growth phase would come from starting a new business. I wanted to create a brand with its own values—a brand I could nurture from the ground up.

I launched in late 2023 and was overwhelmed by the support I received from my HR network. In the first 12 months, all of my business was referral-based, which demonstrates the incredible backing I received.

The HR community in Ireland is hugely passionate, driven, and supports one another like no other field. I genuinely felt the energy from people wanting me to succeed. Feeling this level of kindness gave me even more motivation to suceed.

My goal is to build the ‘Number 1 HR Recruitment Agency in Ireland,’ not in terms of headcount or revenue, but in terms of quality and the value we provide.
